PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet with excellent corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION : The rare earth magnet 100 includes a crystal particle group 4 of an R-Fe-B alloy containing a rare earth element R. An alloy containing R, Cu, Co, and Al exists in an R-rich phase contained in a grain boundary triple point 6 of the crystal particle 4 positioned on a surface 40 of the rare earth magnet 100, and a total value of content rates of Cu, Co, and Al in the R-rich phase is 13 at% or more.
