PURPOSE : A resin composition is provided to satisfy high reflective capacity and to prevent the degradation of brightness through a reflector for a light-emitting semiconductor device with optimum reflective index and a light-emitting semiconductor unit.
CONSTITUTION : A resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an organic resin and 50~1, 000 parts by weight of inorganic filler, wherein 10~00%% of the inorganic filler is composed of oxides of rare earth materials. The organic resin is polyphthalamide, epoxy or silicon resin. 5~100 weight%% of the organic resin is composed of the silicon resin. The rare earth materials are selected from yttrium, neodymium, indium, lanthanum, cerium, samarium, europium, gadolinium or dysprosium.
