PURPOSE : A yellow soil tile composition, a high intensity yellow soil tile, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the energy consumption by lowering the plasticizing temperature to 700~800 deg C. CONSTITUTION : A yellow soil tile composition contains 30~85wt% of yellow soil, 10~70wt% of glass frit, and 1~10wt% of frit. A high intensity yellow soil tile is plasticized in 700~800 deg C, and has the yield strength more than 200 kgf per square meters. A manufacturing method of the yellow soil tile comprises the following steps : preparing the yellow soil tile composition(S100); crushing and mixing the yellow soil tile composition(S200); molding the yellow soil tile composition to form a tile molded product(S300); drying the tile molded product(S400); and plasticizing the dried tile molded product(S500). |
