PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a premix powder of a cement composition which can be used, e.g. for mortal for trowel coating such as a tile ground material, a plastering material and a wall material, mortar for spraying and tile substrate regulation and repair of a structure, has satisfactory operability and spraying properties, and has a reduced cure shrinkage.
SOLUTION : The premix powder of the cement composition includes : a hydraulic component; fine aggregate, a re-emulsified resin powder; lightweight aggregate; a setting retarder; and a thickener. The hydraulic component is made of ordinary portland cement, and the re-emulsified resin powder is made of acrylic copolymer re-emulsified resin powder and/or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer re-emulsified resin powder.
