PURPOSE : A shoe insole for antibiotic and deodorization and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which are environment-friendly and improve antibiotic and deodorant function. CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of shoe insole for antibiotic and deodorization comprises : a 1st step of regrinding the crushed material which contains one kind or more selected from leather and fiber; a 2nd step of stabilizing the repulverized crushed material through the neutralization, the dyeing, and softening; a 3rd step of adsorbing functional mineral to the stabilized crushed material; a 4th step of cohering and dehydrating the crushed material in which the functional mineral is adsorbed; a 5th step of fixing the cohered and dehydrated crushed material; and a 6th step of spraying the mixture on the dried molding. |
