PURPOSE : An emitting apparatus and an emitting device are provided to control the rising of a driving voltage by a second layer and to prevent the formation of a depletion layer and p-n connection.
CONSTITUTION : A first layer(106) is arranged between a cathode(102) and an electric luminance layer and comprises the material having a hole-transporting material and an acceptor type material about the material having the hole-transporting material. A second layer(105) is arranged between the cathode and the electric luminance layer and comprises a phthalocyanine compound material. The third layer(104) is arranged between the cathode and the electric luminance layer and comprises one material among an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, a rare earth metal, an alkali metal compound, an alkaline earth metal compound, or a rare earth metal compound. The first layer is offered between cathode and the second layer and is connected to the cathode and the second layer.
