PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thermal-sprayed coating for an inner structure of a furnace, which is particularly superior in pick-up resistance in addition to peel resistance and abrasion resistance, and to provide a forming method therefor. SOLUTION : The thermal-sprayed coating for the inner structure of the furnace comprises : an undercoat having one or more compounds among fully stabilized ZrO2or partially stabilized ZrO2containing a rare earth oxide, ZrB2and Y2O3in an amount of 5-80 mass% dispersed in an alloy comprising 5-35 mass% Cr and the balance Co with unavoidable impurities; and an overcoat formed from the fully stabilized ZrO2or partially stabilized ZrO2containing a rare earth oxide.
