PURPOSE : A tile for a saltpan floor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simply implement a constructing operation and a replacing operation in case of damages by combining a plurality of tiles with stepped parts.
CONSTITUTION : An upper plate(111a) and a lower plate(112a) are formed by compressing tile forming powder. Two or more inserting grooves are correspondingly formed at the upper plate and the lower plate. Cylindrical fixing units(140) for the inserting grooves are formed. The upper plate, the lower plate, and the fixing units are bisque fired at the temperature of 800-900 degrees Celsius. Glaze is applied on the surfaces of the upper plate, the lower plate, and the fixing units and is dried. The fixing unit is combined with the upper plate and the lower plate. The combined product is re-fired at the temperature of 1350-1400 degrees Celsius to obtain a tile main body. A protrusion and a recession are formed along the tile main body.
