简介 Provided is an n-type thermoelectric conversion material having a high Seebeck coefficient, a low electric resistivity, and a large output factor, and also provided is a method for producing the same. A composition is produced by combining a metal material primary component which comprises mainly Ni with 10 to 30 wt% of an oxide material comprising Sr, Ti, and rare earth elements. The oxide material is an SrTiO3 oxide material. The thermoelectric conversion material is obtained by way of a step in which the SrTiO3 oxide powder and Ni metal powder are mixed and crushed to produce a mixture, this mixture is molded to produce a molded article, and the molded article is then baked to obtain the thermoelectric conversion material.
