PURPOSE : A novel polyazamacrocyclic compound which is useful as a bifunctional chelating agent is provided to diagnose and treat disease.CONSTITUTION : A plolyazamacrocyclic compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A chelate is prepared by chelating polyazamacrocylic compound of chemical formula 1 with 67Ga, 68Ga, 99mTc, 111In, 60Cu, 61Cu, 62Cu, 64Cu, 86Y, 89Zr, 94mTc, 67Cu, 90Y, 153Sm, 166Ho, 177Lu, 186Re, or 188Re metal ion. A conjugate compound contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
