PURPOSE : A polyester fiber having health and comfort function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used for various purposes such as blanket and padding wear, etc. due to undegradable fiber material properties.CONSTITUTION : The manufacturing method of polyester fiber is as follows. The phosphate minerals of cerium group rare-earth elements are pulverized. Ethyleneglycol slurry is obtained by decentralizing the pulverized phosphate minerals of cerium group rare-earth elements into the ethylene glycol. Polyester resin adds and the ethyleneglycol slurry into the polyester polymerization process and polymerizes it. The polyester fiber does melt spinning the polyester resin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
