PURPOSE : A magnet fixing jig and a rare earth magnet cutting device are provided to implement high precision and high speed cutting by preventing misalignment of work pieces in the process of work.CONSTITUTION : A magnet fixing jig(1) comprises a base unit(10) and first and second holding units(11, 12). A rare earth magnet(m) is installed on the base unit. The first holding unit is integrally or detachably installed on one end of the rare earth magnet of the base unit in the horizontal direction and the second holding unit is detachably installed on the other end of the magnet of the base unit. The leading ends of hook-shaped upper parts(111, 121) of the first and second holding units make contact on the top of the earth magnet and the lower parts of the first and second holding units are pressed inward so that the hook-shaped upper parts are elastically transformed and pushed outward. The hook-shaped upper parts fix the earth magnet on the base unit by the restoring force that presses the earth magnet.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
