PURPOSE : A magnet fixing jig and a rare earth magnet cutting device and method are provided to implement high precision cutting by preventing the shaking of each cutting and grinding stone blade in the rotational axis direction through slits.CONSTITUTION : A magnet fixing jig(1) comprises a base unit(10) and first and second holding units(11, 12). A rare earth magnet(m) is installed on the base unit. The first holding unit is integrally or detachably installed on one end of the rare earth magnet of the base unit in the horizontal direction and the second holding unit is detachably installed on the other end of the magnet of the base unit. Upper parts(111, 121) of the first and second holding units are formed in a hook shape. The lower parts of the first and second holding units are pressed inward so that the leading ends of the hook-shaped upper parts on one side press the rare earth magnet from a higher position than the leading ends on the other side and the earth magnet is fixed to the base unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
