PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor having a high dielectric constant and being excellent in a DC bias characteristic and a DC aging characteristic while satisfying the X5R characteristic of EIA standard.
SOLUTION : A dielectric layer 5 includes a dielectric porcelain containing 0-0.1 mol of vanadium, 0.5-1.2 mol of magnesium, at least 0.5-1.0 mol of one rare earth element selected from among yttrium, dysprosium, holmium, terbium and ytterbium and 0-0.2 mol of manganese and 100 mol of barium titanate. The crystal particle includes a core part 9a having a tetragonal system in a crystal structure and a shell part 9b which encloses the core part 9a, where at least one additional component among vanadium, magnesium, the rare earth element and manganese is dissolved in a solid state and which has a tetragonal system in a crystal structure. The average thickness t of the shell part 9b is 5-15 nm and the average particle diameter of the crystal particle is 0.15-0.4 μm.
