PURPOSE : A dry sand production method and a production apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the air pollution by inhaling fine powders and earth powders floated in the air among sorting aggregate, to cleanly maintain a workplace environment, and to produce a high quality of sand massively.CONSTITUTION : The dry sand production method for producing a regular standard of sand by sorting fractured and pulverized aggregates by size through an oscillating separator includes following steps : a step of throwing the fractured and pulverized aggregates in inside a suite(210); a step of pushing the aggregates to a progress direction of the aggregates by rotations of a brush wheel within the suite, of mixing them and of supplying them to an oscillating separator(200); a step of producing the premeditated standard of sand, of putting aggregates bigger than the premeditated standard into a crusher(100), of putting aggregates smaller than the premeditated standard into an air separator(300) to be divided into sand, earth power and find power, by sorting the aggregates supplied to the oscillating separator by size with a use of a plurality of using screen wire meshes having different sizes of holes; a step of inhaling earth power and find power floated within a dust collection housing(240) with a dust collector(400) by driving a blower(250) installed at the lower part of the oscillating separator together with the oscillating sorting step.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
