PURPOSE : A support device for a transversal earth-retaining wall is provided to reliably stand earth pressure by supplying uniform tensile force to both piles.CONSTITUTION : A support device for a transversal earth-retaining wall comprises a first inner fixture(4), a main tendon(6), a pair of second inner fixtures(12), an auxiliary tendon(16), a first jack plate(18), an anchor block(20) and a fixed block(22). The first inner fixture is vertically installed on at least one earth-retaining pile at an interval and functions as a support to introduce tensile force to the main tendon. One end of the main tendon is inserted into the first inner fixture to introduce required tensile force. The second inner fixtures are vertically installed on the other earth-retaining pile at an interval. One end of the auxiliary tendon is inserted into the second inner fixture and the auxiliary tendon introduces tensile force corresponding to the required tensile force introduced to the main tendon.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
