PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a heat resistant cast alloy having excellent manufacturability and superior long-term stability of properties at high temperature and also to provide its manufacturing method. ?SOLUTION : The heat resistant cast alloy has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.05 to 0.25% C, 0.1 to 1.0% Si, 0.1 to 1.0% Mn, 20 to 24% Cr, 8 to 10% Mo, 0.01 to 1.0% REM (rare earth metal) and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities. As heat treatment, stress relief heat treatment is applied at 700 to 1, 000°C to this alloy.
