PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a cabinet in a wet area which secures more safety even when a bowl is broken by some rare accident and secures an effective storage space as well. SOLUTION : A dressing table cabinet LD as the cabinet in a wet area includes a washbowl L and a cabinet body CB for supporting and fixing the washbowl L. The cabinet body CB has : a pair of side supporting members 35, 35 which support the washbowl L and are raised on an installation surface; and a joint member 10 provided to join the pair of side supporting members 35, 35. The joint member 10 has a directing portion 101 formed along an outer surface on a side La closer to a user of the washbowl L and a storage portion opened to the side closer to the user.
