简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high magnetic characteristics anisotropy rare earth-iron based resin magnet provided combined with magnetic stability. SOLUTION : A continuous phase is constituted of (1) an epoxy coated Sm2Fe17N3 based material, having an average aspect ratio ARave of 0.80 or more; (2) a straight chain polymer which reacts with epoxy; and (3) an additive. A dispersion phase is to be an epoxy-coated Nd2Fe14B-based material. A composition produced by adding a crosslinking agent to these composites is magnetized at 50 MPa or less. In particular, given that the coercive force of the Sm2Fe17N3-based material is HcJpS, the coercive force of the Nd2Fe14B-based material is HcJpN, and the ratio between them is α, HcJpN is to be 1 to 1.25 MA/m, and HcJpS is equal to or less than HcJpN or α is equal to or less than 0.75. In addition, if the remanent magnetization of the magnet is MrM, the remanent magnetization of the material is MrP, and the volume fraction of the material is VfP, VfP is equal to or more than 80 vol.%, MrM/(MrP×VfP) is equal to or more than 0.96, and a maximum energy product (BH) max for room temperature is equal to or more than 170 kJ/m3. If the squareness ratio for room temperature is Hk/HcJRT, and the squareness ratio at 100°C is Hk/HcJ100, Hk/HcJRT is less than Hk/HcJ100. COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
