简介 The plain bearing alloy consists of white alloy on tin basis, antimony as main alloy element and copper (1-10 wt.%). Cadmium-, lead-, arsenic- and chromium free white alloy consists of 4-30 wt.% of antimony, an element group containing the element of cobalt, manganese, scandium and germanium in a total concentration of 0.2-2.6 wt.% related to the used elements of the group and/or an element group containing an element of magnesium, nickel, zirconium and titanium in the total concentration of 0.05-1.7 wt.% related to the used elements of the group. The plain bearing alloy consists of white alloy on tin basis, antimony as main alloy element and copper (1-10 wt.%). Cadmium-, lead-, arsenic- and chromium free white alloy consists of 4-30 wt.% of antimony, an element group containing the element of cobalt, manganese, scandium and germanium in a total concentration of 0.2-2.6 wt.% related to the used elements of the group and/or an element group containing an element of magnesium, nickel, zirconium and titanium in the total concentration of 0.05-1.7 wt.% related to the used elements of the group. The total part of antimony and copper is 35 wt.% corresponding to the triple copper content. The white alloy consists of 13-18 wt.% of antimony, 3.5-5.5 wt.% of copper and 0.7-0.9 wt.% of zinc, and an element of silver, gold, vanadium and iron. The single portion of the alloy element is 4 wt.% and the total portion of the alloy element is 8 wt.%. The white alloy consists of aluminum content of 0.05-2.5 wt.% and possesses a silicon portion. The aluminum and silicon exist as heterogeneous phase mixture and the aluminum content corresponds to the 7-45 times of the silicon portion. The white alloy consists of lithium content of 0.05-1.6 wt.% and consists of rare earth metals in a total concentration of 1.3 wt.%.
