PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered magnet containing a rare-earth metal having excellent magnetic properties while improving the accuracy of the dimension of a formed body and improving productivity, by producing a granulated powder having excellent flowability. SOLUTION : The method for manufacturing a sintered magnet containing the rare-earth metal comprises the steps of : charging a raw powder for the sintered magnet containing the rare-earth metal and a liquid into a chamber 11; agglomerating the raw powder through the liquid by relatively rotating a main wing 12 placed in the chamber 11 with respect to the chamber 11; and loosening the obtained agglomerate with an aileron 13 placed in the chamber 11 to prepare the granulated powder; uniformizing the grain size of the granulated powder by using an oscillating sieve; charging the powder into a mold cavity; applying a magnetic field to the granulated powder; pressing the powder into the formed body; and sintering the formed body.
