PURPOSE : A regenerating method using a waste rail is provided to save resources by regenerating an unavailable waste rail.CONSTITUTION : A regenerating method using a waste rail comprises next steps. The position of a head to be cut of a waste rail is selected depending on the diameter of a round bar. Only a head is cut from a waste rail, which consists of a head, a web and a base. The temperature of the cut head is lowered to become below a re-crystalization point. The heated head is mounted on a mold and is processed to have a curved surface.
