PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a product with a soil resistant finish, which has a soil-resistant coating film that is superior in a scorch prevention effect, can maintain the scorch prevention effect for a long period and can make the adhering scorch easily removed, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION : The product with the soil resistant finish includes a metal substrate and the soil-resistant coating film formed on the surface of the metal substrate. The soil-resistant coating film is formed by sequentially stacking : the first layer containing zirconium oxide; the second layer which is formed on the first layer and contains an alkali silicate; and the third layer which is formed on the second layer and contains at least one oxide selected from zirconium oxide, yttrium oxide, hafnium oxide and an oxide of a rare earth element.
