PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic molding which maintains high magnetic characteristics (coercive force), and is further superior in heat resistance in a motor environment etc.
SOLUTION : A rare-earth magnet molding includes magnet particles and an insulating phase present between the magnet particles. Then segregation regions wherein one or more kinds of elements selected from a group of Dy, Tb, Pr and Ho are segregated are dispersedly present in the magnet particles.
