PURPOSE : A hot air and hot water boiler is provided to purify indoor air by purifying combustion gas and to improve combustion efficiency by producing hot air using air discharged through an air outlet.CONSTITUTION : A hot air and hot water boiler comprises first and second combustion units(11, 16), first, second, third re-combustion units(12, 20, 22), a heating chamber(4), and a hot air chamber(5). The first combustion unit burns fuel supplied from outside. The first re-combustion unit re-burns incomplete combustion gas. The first re-combustion unit has multiple heat collection holes(17) and a re-combustion layer(14). The second combustion unit burns solid fuel using combustion heat and combustion gas transferred from the first combustion and re-combustion units. A re-combustion rod(21) is installed in the second re-combustion unit. Re-combustion bodies(23) and iron chromium nets(24) are alternately installed in the third re-combustion unit. The heating chamber heats water. The hot air chamber discharges air, flowing from an air inlet(33), to an air outlet(34).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
