PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a lumped constant irreversible circuit element which can be made small and thin, and a mobile communication apparatus employing the same. SOLUTION : The lumped constant irreversible circuit element is provided with a plurality of center conductors disposed closely to a ferrimagnet, and an permanent magnet for applying a DC magnetic field to the ferrimagnet. In this element, the permanent magnet is a ferrite magnet having a magnet plumbite crystal structure in which some part of Sr and/or Ba is substituted by an R element (R element being at least one kind of rare earth element containing Y), and some part of Fe is substituted by an M element (M element being at least one kind selected from a group consisting of Co, Mn, Ni and Zn), and having a residual magnetic flux density Br of 0.41 T or more.
