PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which indicates temperature characteristics of a high dielectric constant and a stable relative permittivity, reduces polarization charge, and has excellent high temperature load lifetime.
SOLUTION : A dielectric layer is made of dielectric porcelain having a crystal structure that includes, as a main crystal phase, a crystal phase composed principally of barium titanate, such that the crystal phase contains a cubic crystal mainly and an average particle size of crystal particles constituting the crystal phase is 0.08 to 0.2 μm, and contains a rare earth element (RE), manganese, magnesium and ytterbium. In an X-ray diffraction chart of the dielectric layer, diffraction strength of a plane index (222) of Yb2Ti2C7 is ≤5% that of a plane index (110) of barium titanate.
