PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a work cutting method capable of improving a yield of a work piece. SOLUTION : After heating a work 13 to be cut, a powdery adhesive 16 including a thermosetting resin is applied to the work 13. The work 13 coated with the adhesive 16 is bonded to a bonding plate 12, the bonding plate 12 to which the work 13 is bonded is installed to a cutting device, and the work 13 is cut by the cutting device. The bonding plate 12 and the work piece 13a obtained by cutting the work 13 are immersed in an alkaline solvent of pH 9-11 to uninstall the work piece 13a from the bonding plate 12. The adhesive 16 is used within a temperature range wherein the adhesive 16 is not thermally cured, and a cross-sectionally arched rare-earth magnet is used as the work 13. |
