PURPOSE : A method for preparing tricyclic derivatives is provided to prepare tricyclic derivatives with high yield and purity by refining them using a re-crystallization method and to enable mass production using sodium borohydride or lithium aluminum hydride.CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing tricyclic derivatives represented by chemical formula 1 comprises the steps of : performing amidation of a compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 2 to prepare a coupling compound of chemical formula 6; performing substitution reaction of the manufactured compound with a sulfonyl halide compound to introduce a sulfonyl group; and performing substitution reaction of a compound of the chemical formula 7 to introduce a nitro group.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
