PURPOSE : A heat resistant coating member, a manufacturing method of the same and a processing method using the same are provided to prevent the peeling of a resistant coated member including rare earth materials contained oxide.CONSTITUTION : A heat resistant coating member comprises follows. Rare earth materials contained oxide is coated on a material. The rare earth element oxide of a coating layer is less than 80~100 weight%%.
