PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To prevent circumferential environmental pollution such as the scattering or the like of a fine powder of waste toner in a waste toner solidifying treatment process, to achieve the extension of the life of a solidifying treatment device and the enhancement of productivity and to reutilize the waste toner subjected to solidifying treatment as a carbon-containing resin molding material. SOLUTION : The waste toner is kneaded with a chemical compound (aqueous) solution, which is prepared by dissolving a general thickner such as glycerine, (methyl) cellulose, dextrin, sucrose, glucose, glucan, carageenin, polyethylene glycol stearate and the like in water and the kneaded matter is molded into a sheetlike or rod-like shape and the molded one is smoothed into a strip-like form, solidified, divided, finally dried and ground.
