PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an energy-saving aqueous paint composition which is applied to the outside of the a boiler of a ship, the engine of a vehicle, or the like to control the heat in the engine, thereby completely burning fuel such as gasoline to improve fuel efficiency and to prevent environmental pollution.
SOLUTION : This composition is obtained by mixing a mineral powder containing a rare-earth element with a particle diameter of 120 μm or less or a ceramic prepared by calcining the mineral powder, and 5-40 wt.% of silicon metal fine powder with a particle diameter of 3-40 μm into a cationic emulsion resin paint.
