PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an efficient method by which a person becomes always conscious of a preventive measure and the preventive measure is fixed on the life-style for a long time and expenses accompanied by it is reduced to the minimum in view of that it is important for an aged person to be healthy and not have a severe degree of nursing in order to maintain quality of life and have a purpose of life, and preventive anti-aging is effective, but awareness of the onset of a disease is rare, and improvement and maintenance of the life pattern for a long time is necessary.
SOLUTION : A concierge center 3 and a local core 1 in the vicinity thereof are set, and with respect to a member, information such as various vital data and living behavior from a sensor with a communication function is measured and collected when the member is at home or goes out, and the result is repeatedly recognized by the member. The opportunity for conversation, exchange, or exercise by outgoing support to the vicinity of the local core and a walk-in function to the center is provided, and an assigned concierge supports these measures remotely or face-to-face.
