PURPOSE : A producing method of a microsphere modified polyolefin is provided to improve the blending efficiency of different kinds of resins, and to reduce the producing time of the polyolefin. CONSTITUTION : A producing method of a microsphere modified polyolefin comprises the following steps : adding a vinyl monomer as a grain refiner to a hydrocarbon solvent, after inserting a crystalline polyolefin resin; heating the mixture at 100~150 deg C at the pressure of 0.01~5K per G to dissolve the crystalline polyolefin resin; inserting a radical responsive monomer to the polyolefin resin solution; grafting the radical responsive monomer on the polyolefin resin; and cooling the product from the previous steps to re-crystallize into a microsphere. |
