The present invention relates to a construction product material using sludge and to a method for producing same. The construction product material comprises 60 to 95 wt % of sludge such as water sludge, sewage sludge, waste water sludge, sedimentary sludge, or the like, 10 to 90 wt % of a mineral powder having an element composition of 5 to 81.7% of C, 20 to 86.7% of O, 1 to 67.7% of Mg, 1 to 67.7% of Al, 3 to 69.7% of Si, 0.5 to 67.2% of S, 0.5 to 67.2% Cl, 2 to 68.7% Ca, 0.1 to 66.8% Ti, 0.05 to 66.75% Mn, 0.05 to 66.75% of Fe, and 0.1 to 66.8% of In, and 5 to 40 wt % of a binder consisting of a 10 to 90 wt % of a liquid binder obtained by mixing one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of alkali metal chloride and alkali earth metal chloride with clustered water to obtain a solution in which alkali metal and/or alkali earth metal is eluted, and mixing water containing a small amount of rare earth elements and a pH adjuster into the solution. The method for producing a construction product material comprises the steps of : providing the sludge and the binder; mixing the sludge and the binder; injecting the mixture of the sludge and the binder into a mold; applying a vibration to the mold, injecting the mixture of the sludge and the binder again, and press-molding the mixture; and removing the mold and naturally curing the pressed mixture to solidify the mixture. The present invention improves the binding force through the dissolution of the inorganic substances of the sludge and of the inorganic substances of the binder → the formation of aquasols → condensation → gel formation → and crystallization, which produces a construction product material having a strength higher than a predetermined strength level, and prevents problems caused by using cement. The present invention uses the binder constituted only by inorganic substances, thus preventing the discharge of contaminants into the environment. Further, heavy metals or contaminants contained in the sludge are strongly bound to prevent a secondary contamination, and the natural curing process of the present invention enables construction product materials to be produced in an economically advantageous and simple manner. |
