PURPOSE : A separator for a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to form an oxide with the superior conductivity on the surface of a substrate at the oxidizing atmosphere in the high temperature. CONSTITUTION : A separator(100) for a solid oxide fuel comprises the following : a substrate(10) formed with ferrite-based stainless steel; a first coating layer(12) formed on the substrate, including either Ni or Cu; and a second coating layer(14) formed on the first coating layer, including a rare earth metal. The first coating layer includes either the Ni or a Ni-Co alloy. The first coating layer has the thickness of 0.05~10 microns. |
