简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a motor mounting a self-organization annular anisotropic rare earth bond magnet having high (BH)maxand capable of substituting for an isotropic Nd2Fe14B bond magnet motor in which pulsation of motor torque is suppressed, and low noise low vibration and enhancement of positional controllability can be dealt with. ?SOLUTION : When binder component of perpendicular magnetic anisotropic thin plate green compact is self-organized to form a crosslinked macromolecule, self-organization is carried out, starting from the central portion between magnetic poles, in an orientation magnetic field such that the macromolecule is composed of an in-plane anisotropic component and the intermediate component of a perpendicular magnetic anisotropic component and an in-plane anisotropic component while maintaining perpendicular magnetic anisotropy at the central portion of magnetic pole. Subsequently, it is shaped annularly by mechanical drawing, orientation of the magnetic pole is converted from the direction perpendicular to the plane to the radial direction, and then it is magnetized to produce a self-organization annular anisotropic rare earth bond magnet motor. ?COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI ?
