简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide the sintered magnet of a highly efficient neodymium iron boron base with an extremely high coercive force. SOLUTION : The sintered magnet of a neodymium iron boron base is configured by carrying out liquid phase sintering by carrying out the magnetic field orientation of alloy raw materials having a rare earth element containing at least one of neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium. At least one of dysprosium and terbium attached to the surface of the sintered magnet is diffused to the crystal grain boundary of the sintered magnet by heat treatment so that the sintered magnet of the neodymium iron boron base includes such composition that the concentration of the neodymium of the crystal grain boundary of the sintered magnet is set to be lower than that of the main phase, and that the concentration of the dysprosium or terbium of the crystal grain boundary of the sintered magnet is set so as to be higher than that of the main phase.
