PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing porous lightweight ceramic is provided to optimize the condition for plant growth by forming a coating layer of inorganic mineral powder.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing porous lightweight ceramic comprises : a step of precipitating one of porous pearilite, volcanic stone and foamed glass in the water; a step of coating the surface with inorganic mineral powder containing 1-7 weight%% of mineral containing rare earth, 8-20 weight%% of germanium-containing mineral, 15-40 weight%% of sericite and 15-60 weight%% of loess; a step of drying the surface for 2-4 hours; and a step of plasticizing at 800-1000°C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
