PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hydraulic composition which is excellent in quick hardening property and quick drying property, can be applied in an outdoor environment and can maintain excellent durability and weatherability outdoors even in a long term use.
SOLUTION : The hydraulic composition comprises a hydraulic component and resin powder, wherein the resin powder is a re-emulsion type resin powder of vinyl chloride-ethylene copolymer. A concrete structure obtained by using the hydraulic composition is also disclosed.
