PURPOSE : Functional wallpaper paints and a method for manufacturing the functional wallpaper using the same are provided to supply function of antibiosis, deodorization, humidity-resisting properties, oil-absorbing properties or far-infrared radiation radioactivity.CONSTITUTION : A first functional substance of 40~60 parts by weight, a second functional material of 0.5~10 parts by weights and dispersing agent of 0.5~4 parts by weights is mixed about the water soluble adhesive of 100 weight. Water of 5~25 parts by weights is mixed about the functional mixture liquid of 100 parts by weights. The first function material is one or more among red clay stone, elvan, rare earth, and corallite has 100~500 mesh of an average particle size.
