PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of electrolyte powder and the electrolyte powder are provided to rapidly synthesize the electrolyte powder with the nano size and the high specific surface area.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of electrolyte powder comprises the following steps : mixing a ceria precursor and a rare earth metal precursor with the molar ratio corresponding to the formula : X_aCe_bO_c, and dissolving the mixture to distilled water before adding polyethylene glycol for forming a precursor solution(S10); ultrasonic treating the precursor solution, and adding hydroxide to form an electrolyte solution(S20); forming an electrolyte gel(S30); and washing the electrolyte gel with alcohol, and drying to form the electrolyte powder(S40).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
