PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce frequencies and noises caused on a pumping operation and smoothly pump the earth and the sand by mixing a penetrating agent-added mud-making material into earth and sand. ŽSOLUTION : When dug surplus soil is transported on the ground, a low foamable nonionic surfactant as a penetrating agent is added to a mud adding material to be fed into a mud pressure shielding machine 1 to produce the additive for pumping, and the non-ionic surfactant-added dug earth and sand are pumped.
