PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable smooth filling of powder into a die cavity by improving the flow property of powder. SOLUTION : The gas is introduced into the powder supplied in a feeder 3 to fill the powder in the feeder 3 into the cavity 2 of the die 1. The powder is, for example, rare earth magnet raw material powder. The gas to be introduced is, for example, gaseous nitrogen. The feeder 3 is moved back and forth in a prescribed direction and thereby the filling of the powder is performed.
