PURPOSE : A multi-functional contrast agent is provided to secure the biodegradation property by applying multiple functional groups to a poly-succinimidyl-type polymer, and to minimize the organism rejection.CONSTITUTION : A multi-functional contrast agent includes the following : a poly-succinimidyl-type polymer including a poly-succinimide synthesized from maleic anhydride as a backbone; a hydrophilic group induced from polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, dextran, polyethylene oxide, polylysine, or polyvinylalcohol; a hydrophobic group induced from an amine group with 3~80 carbons, or phospholipid; and an alkanol amine group collecting a contrast agent selected from the group consisting of gadolinium, manganese, a ferric oxide, aluminum, silicon, barium, yttrium, and a rare earth material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011 |
