The present invention relates to a phosphoric acid-based ceramic composition mortar which is robust to ultraviolet rays and has strong abrasion resistance against weathering, and a construction method for a cross section repair and surface protection of a concrete structure using the mortar. The phosphoric acid-based ceramic composition mortar comprises a base coating agent, an intermediate coating agent, and an upper coating agent. The construction method of the present invention comprises : a step (S1) of chipping a degradation part of a concrete structure; a step (S2) of removing rust of a rebar of the degradation part; a step (S3) of washing a rust removing part of the rebar at a high pressure; a step (S4) of forming a base coating layer; a step (S5) of forming an intermediate coating layer; and a step (S6) of forming an upper coating layer.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
