简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a molybdenum-coated carbon fiber-reinforced carbon material solving problems on such as gas generation properties, dusting properties, gas permeability, abrasion resistance, in a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon material (CCM), suitable for a line for producing a semiconductor device, a jig for producing a magnet composed of a rare earth element as a raw material, etc. SOLUTION : This method for producing the molybdenum-coated carbon fiber-reinforced carbon material is characterized in that the carbon fiber- reinforced carbon material is coated with molybdenum by a plasma flame spraying, heat-treated in an inert gas atmosphere or in vacuum at a temperature of >=2, 120 deg.C and the molybdenum-coated film is densified.
