PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an iron-based rare-earth nanocomposite magnet that has improved magnetization characteristics and improved wear resistance of a die, or the like, while maintaining high coercive force and superior compound flowability.
SOLUTION : The iron-based rare-earth nanocomposite magnet is expressed by composition formula T100-x-y-z-t-m(B1-p+Cp)xRyZrzTitMm (where T is Fe or a transition metal element, containing Fe and one or more elements selected from among a group consisting of Co and Ni; R is one or more rare-earth elements; M is one or more metal elements selected from among a group consisting of Al, Si, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ga, Nb, Mo, Ag, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Au, and Pb). Each composition ratio x, y, z, t, m, and p, respectively, satisfies 7≤x≤9 atom%, 6.5≤y≤9 atom%, 2≤z≤5 atom%, 0.5≤t≤3 atom%, 4≤z+t≤7 atom%, 0.5≤z/(z+t)≤0.95, 0≤m≤5 atom%, and 0≤p≤0.5.
