PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To give a static magnetic field distribution and a static magnetic field strength which are optimized for each stator housing space of a small electromagnetic driving device requiring small aperture formation, thinning and high-speed rotation which are not performed by a normal pressure sintered magnet.
SOLUTION : This invention relates to a new self-repair nature rare earth-iron system magnet constituted by fixing by a crosslinking reaction phase one sort or two sorts or more of aligned anisotropy rare earth-iron system magnet powders, restricting the inner outer circumferences of a self-repair nature segment intervening a matrix with a micro structure chemically combining a crosslinking reaction phase and a slippage deformation phase based on a viscous flow between the powders; generating a fracture surface according to heat and external force; unifying a desired shape accompanying with a self-repair based on the slippage deformation and the crosslinking reaction; and obtaining an integrally rigid body.
