PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce the frequency of occurrence of pin holes at a cut line which occurs in a very rare case when an easily openable packaging bag is dropped.
SOLUTION : A stepped part (101) opened opposing a cut line (9) is formed by a wide heat-seal part (6a) below the cut line (9), and a bend is pulled toward a first area (Ar(1)) in a vicinity of the stepped part (101). When a bend occurs in the first area (Ar(1)), a film in a peripheral zone (Z) around the cut line (9) is subjected to tension, and occurrence of any bend at the cut line (9) can be suppressed.
